目的:探讨胆道再次手术的原因及再次胆道手术治疗的可行性.方法:选择胆道术后肝内外胆管结石再发患者56例,分析其再次手术原因,评估手术时间、出血量、排气时间、术后残石率.结果:本组再次手术主要原因包括胆管结合残留/复发、残留胆囊结石+胆总管结石、医源性损伤以及胆管狭窄等.结论:胆道再次手术尽量减少或者消除残留结石,强化手术潜在危险性,并规范化手术操作是降低胆道再次手术率的重要因素. Abstract:Objective To explore the feasibility reasons again biliary tract operation and reoperation of biliary tract operation treatment. Methods Postoperative intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones recurrence in patients with 56 cases,analyze the reasons for re operation,operation time,bleeding to assess the rate of residual stone rate,exhaust time,postoperative.Results In this group,including the main reasons of bile duct operation again with residual/recurrent,residual gallbladder stones and common bile duct stones,iatrogenic injury and stricture of bile duct.Conclusion The operation as far as possible to reduce or eliminate again biliary residual stones,strengthening the potential risk of operation,and standardized operation is an important factor to reduce biliary re operation rate
