摘要：
E-钙黏蛋白/β-连环蛋白(E-Cadherin/β-catenin)复合体在维持上皮细胞完整性中起重要作用,这一复合体不仅介导同型细胞间的黏附,也是Wnt信号转导通路的重要组分.该复合体的结构、功能的异常导致上皮细胞向间质细胞转化,与肿瘤的发生和脏器纤维化密切相关. E-cadherin/β-catenin complex plays an important role in maintaining epithelial integrity,this complex mediates not only the adhesive properties of a cell,but also the Wnt signaling pathway.Aberrant expression of the complex structure and function lead to epithelial to mesenchymal transition which is closely related to the tumor and organ fibrosis.
