探讨腹腔镜疝修补术与开放式无张力疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝的临床疗效

目的：分析讨论开放式无张力疝修补术和腹腔镜疝修补术治疗成人腹腔沟疝的临床疗效,并且将这两种方法的优缺点进行比较。方法：收集52例成人腹股沟疝患者接受腹腔镜疝修补术治疗（治疗组）和63例成人腹股沟疝患者接受开放式无张力疝修补术治疗（对照组）患者的临床资料,并进行回顾性分析。探讨这两种手术方法的优缺点,记录并比较两组患者的住院时间、手术中的出血量、手术后的痛感持续时间以及手术后的复发率等。结果：治疗组患者的手术时间、手术中的出血量,以及手术之后的持续疼痛时间与对照组相比较短,两组手术后的复发率没有太大差异。结论：两种治疗方法各有优缺点。腹腔镜疝修补术治疗的效果优于传统的开放式无张力疝修补术治疗的效果,它具有创口更小,痛感更轻,恢复的更快的特点。 Objective Analysis and discussion of open clinical effect of free tension hernia repair and laparoscopic hernia repair in the treatment,and compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods.Method Collected 52 cases of adult inguinal hernia patients undergoing laparoscopic hernia repair （treatment group） ,63 cases of adult patients undergoing inguinal hernia clinical data open tension-free hernia repair treatment （control group） patients were analyzed retrospectively.Explore the advantages and disadvantages of these two surgical methods,records and compared the two groups of patients hospital stay,surgical bleeding patient,the duration of post-operative pain and post-operative recurrence rate.Results The operation time,bleeding volume of patients in operation group,operation after sustained pain time compared with the control group,the recurrence rate of the two groups after operation and no difference.Conclusion Two kinds of treatment methods have advantages and disadvantages.Open and laparoscopic hernia repair in the treatment effect is better than the traditional tension free hernioplasty treatment effect,wound pain is smaller,lighter,faster recovery.
