摘要:

目的:是培养高层次高能力热爱护理专业的高级护理人才。方法:104名高学历护生采取多层面互动式带教并与148名中专护生传统式带教资料对比。结果:104名高学历护生达标毕业就业率100%。结论:此临床带教方法切实可行,可以在临床推广交流。 Objective:Is to foster the love of high-level, high-capacity, and high-level- cared nursing personnel. Methods: 104 highly- educated nursing students in a multi-dimensional interactive teaching for and with the 148 secondary school students are taught with traditional data comparison. Results: The rate of 104 highly- educated graduated nursing employment students in compliance is 100%. Conclusion: This clinical teaching method is feasible, so it can be extended and exchanged in clinical practice.
