住院患者健康教育知晓率提升的护理对策研究

摘要：

目的：提高泌尿外科住院患者健康教育知晓率和满意度。方法：从2012年1月~2012年7月，通过制定标准化围手术期健康教育、录制标准化健康教育、组织学习标准化健康教育、护士长考核每位护士对患者健康教育不得少于10 min;每个病房放置泌尿外科病员手册供患者随时翻阅;泌尿外科健康教育展板将泌尿外科所有疾病健康教育纸质化;护士打印每位患者每天的用药详细单子做好用药指导;造口患者出院时还发放造口护理光碟等健康教育措施的实施，与2011年7月~2011年12月健康教育知晓率进行对比。结果：改进后半年健康教育知晓率由72%升至99%;满意度由90%升至989%。结论：标准化健康教育、病员手册、健康教育展板、用药纸质化、造口护理光碟等措施是提高住院患者健康教育知晓率的有效措施，提高了住院患者健康教育知晓率，提高了住院患者对护士的满意度。 ObjectiveTo improve the awareness of health education and satisfaction of hospitalized patients in urology departmentMethodFrom July 2011 to May 2012，the following methods were adopted to improve the hospitalized patients′ awareness of health education：Formulating standardizing perioperative health education;Recording and learning the standardized health education;Nursing supervisor examining each nurse for not less than 10 minutes;A patients′ introduction being placed in the ward for the patients to read;Display boards being used to introduce the health education of urological disease;Providing the detailed daily medicine list;Patients who received ostomy being given a nursing videoResultsHealth education satisfaction rate improved from 72% to 99%，and patients satisfaction for 90%to 989%ConclusionStandardized health education，patients′ instruction，display boards，daily detailed medicine list and nursing video for patients who underwent ostomy are effective measures to improve the awareness of health education and satisfaction of hospitalized patients
