  目的:探讨经颅多普勒超声(TCD)检查在椎—基底动脉狭窄临床诊断方面的应用及意义。方法:以TCD频谱形态和血流速度为主要研究对象,对31例椎—基底动脉狭窄患者的TCD频谱及检查结果进行分析。结果:将31例患者大致分为两种情况:Ⅰ型患者检查结果出现频谱杂乱和声频信号嘈杂等情况,基底动脉(BA)血流速度高于临界值;Ⅱ型患者检查结果出现TCD涡流频谱,椎动脉(VA)血流速度增快,基底动脉(BA)血流速度低于临界值。结论:TCD检查作为一种有效的手段应用于椎—基底动脉狭窄的诊断分析,可明显提高诊断率。   Objective Discuss the application and significance of TCD examination in vertebral-basilar artery stenosis clinical diagnosis aspects.Methods With TCD spectrum forms and blood flowing velocity as the main study objects,Analyzed the TCD spectrums and examining results of 31 patients with vertebral-basilar artery stenosis.Results The 31 patients were divided roughly into 2 cases:clutter spectrums and noisy audio signals and so on appeared in some patients’ examining results,the blood flowing velocity of basilar artery was higher than the critical value;eddy current spectrums appeared in some patients’ examining results,the blood flowing velocity of vertebral artery was higher,but the blood flowing velocity of basilar artery was lower than the critical value.Conclusion It can improve the diagnostic rate with TCD examination as an effective method used in the diagnosis of vertebral-basilar artery stenosis analysis.
