摘要：

目的:分析子宫动脉栓塞术对子宫肌瘤的疗效.方法:选择21例子宫肌瘤患者,行双侧子宫动脉栓塞进行治疗,分别记录患者的月经周期、经期、经量及瘤体变化.结果:治疗后经期时间和经量明显下降(P＜0.01),E2和T的含量差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),治疗后瘤体明显缩小(P＜0.01).结论:子宫动脉栓塞术是一种有效治疗子宫肌瘤的方法,安全可靠,值得推广. Objective To analyze the effect of uterine artery embolization for uterine fibroids.Methods 21 patients with myoma of uterus, bilateral uterine artery embolization for treatment,patients recorded menstrual period,menstrual period,and the change of the tumor.Results After the treatment period of time and the volume decreased significantly(P＜0.01),there was no significant difference of T and E2(P＞0.05),after treatment,the tumor shrank significantly(P＜0.01).Conclusion Uterine artery embolization is an effective method for treatment of uterine fibroids,safe and reliable,worthy of promotion.
