目的从胰外病变角度探讨胰腺炎、胰腺癌鉴别要点。方法回顾分析近5年来确诊的胰腺炎、胰腺癌患者的胰外病变CT/MRI资料。结果从肝脏、大血管、胰周三方面，分别阐述了胰腺炎、胰腺癌胰外并发症的影像特点。结论胰腺炎、胰腺癌胰外病变影像的相似度高，合理治疗后定期随访，多数能确诊。 Value of extra pancreatic lesions in the differential diagnosis of pancreatic cancer and pancreatitis　GU Haiyan*， WANG Jian， JIA Ningyang， et al. * Department of Radiology， Renji Hospital， Shanghai Jiaotong University， School of Medicine， Shanghai 200127Abstract Objective To explore and investigate the diagnostic key point between pancreatic cancer and pancreatitis of the extra pancreatic lesions from the viewpoint. Methods The CT and MRI data of the extra pancreatic lesions in the diagnosed pancreatic cancer and pancreatitis were retrospectively analyzed in recent 5 years. Results The imaging features of the extra pancreatic complication of the pancreatitis and pancreatic carinoma were set forth from three aspects of liver， great vessels and peri pancreas. Conclusion Imagings of the extra pancreatic lesions in two diseases are very similar in CT/MRI. After rational treatment and regular follow?up， the correct diagnosis can be done in most cases.
