摘要：

目的：探讨肋骨骨折在螺旋CT中的的应用价值。方法：回顾分析65例胸部外伤后行螺旋CT扫描的影像学资料,并加以总结。结果：65例肋骨骨折,螺旋CT检出率为99.4%,X线检出率81.4%。结论:螺旋CT,特别是在MPR及三维重建技术在显示肋骨骨折的空间关系上具有非常大的优势,优于X线平片,有利于临床诊断及制定治疗方案,具有较高的临床应用价值。 ObjectiveTo explore the application value of spiral CT in the fracture of rib.Methodsa retrospective analysis of 65 cases of thoracic trauma were images of spiral CT scanning data,and summarize.Results 65 cases of rib fracture,spiral CT detection rate was 99.4%,the detection rate of X-ray in 81.4%.Conclusionspiral CT,especially in MPR and three-dimensional reconstruction in display has the enormous advantage of spatial relationship of rib fracture,is superior to X-ray plain film.Is conducive to the development of clinical diagnosis and treatment,it has high value in clinical application.
