目的：评价胫骨近端解剖型锁定接骨板在胫骨平台骨折中应用的疗效。方法：2008年6月~2011年12月使用胫骨近端解剖型锁定接骨板治疗胫骨平台骨折SchatzkeⅢ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ型患者38例，术后早期进行非负重性功能锻炼，并进行随访。所有患者按照Merchant膝关节功能评分标准［1］及X线片随后评估疗效。结果：38例患者获得9~18个月随访（平均13.9个月），无死亡病例，所有患者均骨性愈合，平均愈合时间13周。无感染、内固定松动或接骨板断裂等并发症发生。有2例患者因半月板损伤致屈膝关节时疼痛，5例因前交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折止点重建后前抽屉试验弱阳性。Merchant评分平均91.5分，其中优25例，良8例，可4例，差1例，优良率86.84％。结论：应用胫骨近端解剖型锁定接骨板治疗胫骨平台骨折，手术操作简单，固定可靠，术后并发症少，骨折易愈合，临床疗效满意。 ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of locking steel in treating the fracture of tibial plateau.Method38 cases of patients who used the proximal tibial anatomic locking steel to treat tibial plateau the fracture Schatzke Ⅲ，Ⅳ，Ⅴ，Ⅵ from June 2008 to December 2011 had early postoperative non-weight-bearing functional exercises and follow-up.All patients assessed the efficacy in accordance with the Merchant knee function score ［1］ and X-ray.Results38 patients had 9~18 months follow-up (average 13.9 months) with no deaths，all patients had bone healing，the average healing time was 13 weeks，no infection，implant loosening or bone plate fracture complications. Two patients had knee joint pain due to meniscus injury，five cases were weakly positive in the anterior drawer test due to the anterior cruciate ligament after reconstruction.Merchant score was an average of 91.5 points，which was excellent in 25 cases，good in 8 cases，4 cases，poor in 1 case，good rate was 86.84%.ConclusionProximal tibial anatomic locking steel to treat tibial plateau fractures，it is a simple operation，reliable fixation，fewer complications，and easy to heal fractures，clinical results are satisfactory.
