摘要：

目的:进一步探讨提高前列腺增生手术的疗效。方法:对44例前列腺增生患者进行尿动力学测定、前列腺增生国际症状评分（IPSS）等评价。结果:本组患者无/和轻度膀胱出口梗阻（BOO）者5例,逼尿肌收缩强度很弱者为4例（其中2例合并无/或轻度BOO）,7例患者半年内疗效欠佳。结论:逼尿肌收缩功能很弱或/无BOO和轻度BOO的前列腺增生症(BPH)患者可能需慎做前列腺手术。 ObjectiveObjective To improve the curative effect of operation for hyperplasia of prostate.MethodsThe effect of operation on 44 patients were evaluated by urinary dynamic test and IPSS. Resultsfive patients showed no or mild bladder outlet obstruction (BOO)and three patients showed very weak contraction strength of detrusor urinae. Of the 3 patients ,2 were complicated without or with mild BOO.The curative effects on the 7 patients were not good in half a year .ConclusionThe patients with weak contraction strength of detrusor urinae and those without or with mild hyperplasia of prostateare maybe careful prostatectomy.
