目的:探讨难治性鼻出血在鼻内镜下治疗的疗效。方法:回顾性分析38例经局部压迫、鼻孔填塞等传统方式难以控制鼻出血的患者资料,均在鼻内镜下电凝或局部填塞止血,并随访。结果:经鼻内镜查找出血部位多发生在嗅裂区、中鼻道后端、鼻中隔后端、下鼻道穹窿等处,且中老年人占多数,1次治愈23例,2次治愈11例,3次治愈4例,总有效率100%。结论:鼻内镜下检查及电凝、局部填塞治疗难治性鼻出血,具有视野清晰、创伤小、止血准确、并发症少、安全、可靠等优点,符合微创外科的观念 ObjectiveTo explore the endoscopic treatment of refractory nose bleeding effect.MethodsRetrospective analysis of the clinical information from January,2009 to January,2013 which included 38 patients with traditional compression,nostril filling before,but were difficult to control bleeding from the nose.All patients received bipolar coagulation treatment or local filling under the duidance of the nasal endoscope.And we followed-up subsequently.ResultsThe bleeding mostly occurs in smell crack area,middle meatus back-end,septi back-end,inferior meatus and middle aged and elderly people were in the majority,that gone through nasal endoscopic search.23 cases were cured by the first treatment,11 cases by second and the rest 4 cases by third.The total effective rate reached 100%.ConclusionNasal endoscopic treatment nosebleed has clear field,hemostatic accurate,less trauma and complications,safety and good effect,so it is the effective method to treatment refractory nosebleed.
