目的:对不规则瘢痕面积作出较为精确的计算,为临床及司法技术鉴定部门提供可靠的数据参考。方法:对不规则瘢痕面积进行数字化处理,运用Photoshop像素法(方法一)计算出瘢痕图的像素数和比例图形的像素数,根据瘢痕面积=瘢痕像素数/比例图形像素数,计算出瘢痕的实际面积;运用ARCGIS栅格法(方法二)计算出瘢痕图的栅格数和比例图形的栅格数,根据瘢痕面积=瘢痕栅格数/比例图形栅格数,计算出瘢痕的实际面积。结果:运用Photoshop像素法和ARCGIS栅格法计算不规则瘢痕面积方法准确,结果可靠。结论:Photoshop为常用的图像处理软件,操作简单,容易掌握。运用Photoshop像素法计算不规则瘢痕面积结果精确,方便实用。 ObjectiveTo make more accurate calculations of irregular scar area, and try to provide reliable reference data for clinical and judicial technical appraisal department.MethodFor the irregular scar area, we had digital processing, and the method of photoshop pixel (Method 1) to calculate the number of pixels on the scar figure and the proportion graphics, and the actual area of the scar was calculated according to area of scar = the number of pixels of the scar figure ratio the number of pixels of the proportion graphics; We used the ARCGIS grid method (Method 2) , we calculated scar map grid number and proportion of raster graphics, at the same time the calculated scar area according to the area of scar = scar grid number / proportion of graphics raster.Results The use of photoshop pixel and ARCGIS grid method to calculate the area of irregular scar had accurate and reliable results. ConclusionBecause photoshop was a image processing software which was commonly used, simply operated and easily grasp, so using photoshop pixel method to calculate irregular scar area are accurate, convenient and practical.
