目的：探讨护士长组织日常护理查房的管理意义，提高临床护理质量。方法：护士长组织病区护理人员开展日常护理查房，解决护理对象的日常护理问题和病房 To explore the significance of the matron organization management of the daily nursing rounds to improve the quality of clinical care.Methods：of the matron organization ward nurses to carry out daily care rounds，and solve the nursing object of daily care and ward management issues.Results：solve the problem of clinical nursing diagnosis of 52 cases,135 solve ward management issues，to solve critical patient care defects in 86 cases,45 cases solve the problem of non-standard care operations，to solve the problem of care and health education is non-standard 247，to avoid care deficiencies and errors in 31 cases to solve 87 cases of patients with accompanying problems to solve 39 cases of patients with eating problems.Division of the nurse for three years to carry out nursing research 3，writing nursing papers 19.Conclusion：matron organize daily nursing rounds conducive to resolving the difficulties and questions of clinical care，supervisory care measures are implemented to improve the quality of care;helping to train nurses in the work of the scientific thinking and method，and comprehensively improve the quality of the nursing staff;to reflect the care professional values to achieve nursing job by job title，and enhance nurses' sense of competition;in a timely manner to address the needs of patients，improve patient satisfaction;to strengthen the nurse-patient communication，improve patient compliance with the content of care measures and health education sex.
