目的:探讨HELLP综合征孕妇在剖宫产过程中的护理配合.方法:对25例HELLP综合征孕妇在剖宫产过程中的护理进行回顾性分析.结果:在医务人员的抢救配合下,25例HELLP综合征产妇术中生命体征平稳,手术顺利完成,安返病房.结论:HELLP综合征发病急,危害大,医护相互配合是关键之一,应重视剖宫产过程中的护理配合,确保母婴安全. Objective To Investigate the effect of nursing cooperation of HELLP syndrome in pregnant women in the cesarean process. Methods Make a retrospective analysis of the nursing cooperation in 25 care pregnant women of HELLP syndrome in the cesarean process. Results Thank to the rescue of the medical staff,the 25 care pregnant women of HELLP syndrome complete the surgery successfully with stable operative signs of life and safely return to the ward.Conclusion Because the HELLP syndrome is urgent and dangerous,efficient co-ordination between doctors and nurses is the key.We should pay more attension to the nursing cooperation in cesarean process to ensure the safty of maternal and baby.
