目的:探讨人性化服务在门诊护理中的应用效果.方法:对实施门诊人性化护理服务前的150例患者和实施门诊人性化护理服务后的150例患者进行问卷调查,比较护理满意度情况.结果:实施人性化护理服务后的患者满意率为98.7%,显著高于实施前的80.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:通过在门诊开展人性化护理服务能够进一步提高护理整体质量和患者满意度,值得临床广泛推广使用. Objective To explore the effect of application of humanized nursing care service in section for outpatients.Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted on 150 outpatient before implementation of humanized service in our hospital and 150 outpatient after implementation of humanized service,compared the nursing satisfaction of patients.Results After implementation of humanized service the patients satisfaction rate was 98.7%,significantly higher than before the implementation(80.7%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking humanized nursing service in outpatient can improve the holistic nursing quality and satisfaction of patients,it is worthy of extensive promotion.
