目的:探讨护士分类教育模式在2型糖尿病患者饮食控制中的应用效果.方法:选择140例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规健康教育组)与观察组(护士分类教育模式组),每组70例,然后将两组患者干预前和干预后1个月、3个月的饮食控制知识掌握程度与饮食控制遵从性进行比较.结果:观察组干预后1个月、3个月的饮食控制知识掌握程度与饮食控制遵从性均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:护士分类教育模式在2型糖尿病患者饮食控制中的应用效果相对较佳,为疾病的控制提供了必要的前提. Objective To study the application effect of classification education mode by nurses in the diet control of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 140 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group(routine health education group) and observation group(classification education mode by nurses group) with 70 cases in each group,then the two groups′ mastery degree of diet control knowledge and compliance of diet control before the intervention and at first and third month after the intervention were compared.Results The observation group′s mastery degree of diet control knowledge and compliance of diet control at first and third month after the intervention were all significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of classification education mode by nurses in the diet control of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is relatively good,and it provides the necessary premise for the control of disease.
