树枝状聚合物诱导牙釉质仿生再矿化的体外实验研究

目的:以树枝状聚合物为模版,探讨适合牙釉质仿生矿化的实验条件,并为进一步研究牙釉质的原位再生提供依据。方法:收集需要正畸拔除的前磨牙10颗,首先构建人工龋缺损模型,然后制备诱导牙釉质再矿化的矿化体系溶液,经人工唾液培养4周,最后通过扫描电镜(SEM),电子能谱仪(EDS)对表面的沉积物进行定性表征。结果:含有树枝状聚合物的溶液矿化体系能在酸蚀的牙釉质表面,诱导短棒状晶体的沉积生长,沉积的磷灰石晶体呈现有规则地致密排列生长。结论:树枝状聚合物可以促进牙釉质表面无机矿物晶体的形成,并影响表面新生晶体的形态。 Objective:Investigating dendrimer polymers as a template to explore the suitable experimental conditions for enamel's biomimetic mineralization, and to provide a basis for further study of the enamel's regeneration in situ. Method: Collected 10 bicuspids which are need extracted for orthodontic treatment. Firstly, constructed artificial caries defect model, then prepared mineralize system solution which was used to induce enamel to remineralization, cultivated it in artificial saliva for 4 weeks. And finally, took qualitative characterization of the surface sediments by scanning electron microscopy CSEM) and electron energy dispersive spectroscopy CEDS).Result: The solution containing dendrimer can induce the deposited growth of short rod-like crystals on the surface of enamel, and the deposited apatite crystal presented well-regulated dense array growth. Conclusion: Dendrimer pols}mers can promote the formation of inorganic mineral crystal on the surface of enamel, and effect the Form of its new formed cmstal.
