目的:通过对就诊治疗的0~6岁儿童肺炎的病原学检测结果进行分析,了解呼吸道病原体在0~6岁儿童肺炎中分布情况,探讨呼吸道九联检的临床意义。方法:采集284例临床已确诊为肺炎的0~6岁儿童的血清,用间接免疫荧光法(IFA)测定四种非典型病原体:嗜肺军团1型(Legionellapneumnopilatypel,LP1)、肺炎支原体(Mycoplasmapneumonia,MP)、肺炎衣原体(Chlamydiapneumonia,CPn)、Q热立克次体(Richettsiaquery,QFR);和五种呼吸道病毒:腺病毒(Adenovirus,ADV)、呼吸道合胞病毒(Respiratorysyncytialvirus,RSV)、甲型流感病毒(InfluenzaAvirus,IFVA)、乙型流感病毒(InfluenzaBvirus,IFVB)、副流感病毒(Parainfluenzavirus,PIVs);共九种病原体的IgM抗体。结果:284例0~6岁儿童患者中,总的呼吸道病原体阳性率为38.03%,其中阳性率最高的是MP(16.2%),中等阳性率的病原体RSV(7.04%)、INFB(6.34%)、PIVs(3.52%)、ADV(2.11%)、LP1(1.76%),阳性率最小的病原体为CPn(0.35%)和QFR(0.00%)。结论:呼吸道九联检可明确引起0~6岁儿童肺炎的病原体,从而为临床用药提供依据。 Objective According to analyze the detective results of the etiology of pneumonia in children aged 0 ~6 to learn the distribution of respiratory pathogens in pneumonia of children aged 0 ~6 and discuss the clinical significance of the nine kinds tests of respiratorytract.Method 284 pipes of serum of children aged 0 ~6 who had been diagnosed as pneumonia, were assayed four kinds of non - typicalpathogens Legionella pneumnopila typel( LP1) 、 Mycoplasma pneumonia( MP) 、 Chlamydia pneumonia( CPn) 、 Richettsia query( QFR) ] byIFA and five types of respiratory viruses: Adenovirus( ADV) 、 Respiratory syncytial virus( RSV) 、 Influenza A virus( IFVA) 、 Influenza B virus( IFVB) 、 Parainfluenza virus( PIVs) .And the total number of pathogenic antibodies was nine.Results Generally speaking, among the284 children, the positive rate was MP( 16.2%) .The middle positive rate of etiology are RSV( 7.04%) 、 INFB( 6.34%) 、 PIVs( 3.52%) 、ADV2.11%)and LP1 ( 1, 76%) .Moreover, the lowest positive rate of etiology were CPn ( 0.35%)and QFR ( 0.00%).Conclusion Obviously, the nine kinds of tests of respiratory tract can cause the pneumonia pathogena of children aged 0 ~6 and providethe evidence of clinical medicaion
