目的:探讨静脉留置针穿刺时不同的退针方法,对小儿静脉留置针穿刺成功率的影响.方法:选择2012年3~7月接受静脉留置针穿刺输液的患儿200例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各100例.对照组采用传统的边进针边退内芯,双手同时操作方法;观察组在此基础上,根据静脉分布情况,采用右手边进针边退内芯的单手操作方法.结果:观察组穿刺成功率及患儿家属对护理满意度明显高于对照组.结论:采用单手进针法进行小儿静脉留置针穿刺,可以提高静脉留置针一次穿刺的成功率,减轻患儿的痛苦,保证输液质量,患儿家属乐意接受,改善了护患关系,提高了患儿家长对护理服务的满意度;同时也减轻了护士的工作压力,值得临床推广使用. ObjectiveTo investigate the different venous indwelling needle puncture needle method，and the effect of pediatric intravenous indwelling needle puncture on success rate.Abstract：Objective From 2012 March to 2012 July，in our hospital，we accepted venous indwelling needle puncture infusion of 200 children，were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 100 cases in each group.The control group used the traditional of needle in and withdraw the inner core with both hands simultaneous operation method，the observation group on the basis of this，according to the distribution of the vein，use the right hand to needle in and back within the core with the single hand operation method.ResultsThe observation group′s success rate of puncture and satisfaction of children with their family members of nursing was significantly higher than that in control group.ConclusionUsing the single hand needle-inserting method for pediatric intravenous catheter needle，can improve the venous indwelling needle puncture success rate，reduce the pain of patients，ensure the quality of transfusion，and the families are willing to accept.It′s not only improving the nurse-patient relationship and parents′ satisfaction with nursing service；but also reducing the work stress of nurses.So it is worthy of clinical use.
