目的：对炎琥宁治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效及安全性进行观察研究。方法：将120例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为 治疗组与对照组，每组60例，两组均给予常规抗炎、退热、止咳、祛痰等综合治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用炎琥宁冻干粉针10 mg/ （kg·d）静脉滴注，7 d为1个疗程。结果：治疗组憋喘和肺部啰音消失时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗组总有效 率为91.7%，对照组为76.7%，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：炎琥宁治疗小儿毛细支气管炎具有疗效好，安全性高的特 点，值得在临床上推广应用。 Objective To observe and study the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of children with bronchiolitis.Methods 120 cases of bronchiolitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group,two groups were given conventional anti-in flammatory,antipyretic,relieving cough,eliminating phlegm and other comprehensive treatment,the treatment group based on the use of Yanhuning freeze-dried powder injection 10 mg/(kg·d) intravenous infusion,7 d 1 course of treatment.Results The treatment group wheeze and lung rales disappearance time and hospital stay were significantly shorter than the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.7%,76.7% in the control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment has good curative effect on children with bronchiolitis,high security features,worth in clinical application.
