目的:通过参加湘粤两地疾病预防控制系统组织开展的2012年度食源性致病菌质控考核,以检验本实验室室内质控效果及检验能力。方法:样品的检验方法按国家标准食品微生物学检验GB4789的相关章节进行。结果:从该半固体样品中检出都柏林沙门氏菌和单核增生性李斯特氏菌。结论:本次质检盲样考核提高了本实验室食源性致病菌检测水平和实验室工作人员自信心。 Objective By participating in Hunan and Guangdong disease prevention and control system of the two organizations in the2012 annual quality control assessment of foodborne pathogens to plug in our laboratory internal quality control test results and test capabilities Method Sample test methods according to national standards of food microbiology GB4789 relevant chapters Results Salmonella Dublin and Listeria monocytogenes bacteria was detected in the semi - solid formula Conclusion The blind sample assessment improves thequality of the laboratory testing of foodborne pathogens level and the laboratory staff confidence
