目的:探讨导致脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌产生湿包的原因,制定相关对策,预防或减少湿包的发生。方法:采用卫生部《消毒技术规范》和美国消毒锅公司建议的湿包评判标准,针对该院2011年1~12月出现湿包个数进行调查分析。结果:2011年1~12月抽查灭菌包裹3 600个,发生湿包58个,其中拟灭菌物品呈潮湿状态8个,物品包装不规范14个,灭菌后物品干燥与冷却不当16个,物品装载不合理13个,灭菌器自身原因7个。结论:消毒供应中心对湿包采取有效控制措施,加强细节管理,严格规范各个环节的操作,减少湿包发生。 ObjectiveTo discuss the main causes lead wet loads in pre-vacuum steam sterilizer, develop countermeasures to prevent and reduce wet loads MethodAccording to the benchmark raised in the ‘Disinfection technology regulation’ (Issued by MOH) and the instruction of sterilizer company, investigated the wet loads in our hospital from 201101 to 201112 ResultsThere were 58 wet loads from the 3600 samples in 2011, in which, 8 packages were wet after packaging,14 packages were improperly packaging, 16 packages were not dried and cooled properly after sterilization, 13 packages were improperly loaded, 7 packages were wet because the errors of sterilizers ConclusionCSSD should implement effective countermeasures to prevent the wet loads, enhance details management, standardize operations of each step to reduce the wet loads issues
