摘要：

　　目的：探讨产程应用心理护理自然分娩率情况。方法：选择孕妇713例，将孕妇随机分为两组。对照组孕妇实施常规护理，试验组产妇在常规护理的基础上实施心理护理，观察孕妇的临床分娩状况。结果：产妇自然分娩率试验组明显高于对照组，孕妇产程和疼痛状况均优于对照组。结论：在产程中实施心理护理可以提高自然分娩率。　　Objective To investigate the psychological nursing care of the natural childbirth rate during production process.Methods Select 713 cases of pregnant women,pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups.Routine nursing care of pregnant women in the control group,the implementation of psychological care of pregnant women in experimental group,clinical delivery status of pregnant women.Results Natural delivery rate in experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the control group was better than that of pain in pregnant women.Conclusion The implementation of psychological nursing in birth process can improve the rate of natural delivery.
