摘要：

目的：应用HPLC法测定感冒软胶囊中葛根素的含量。方法：采用高效液相色谱法;色谱柱：美国戴安公司C18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相：甲醇-水-0.1%醋酸(30：70)，流速：1.0mL/min;检测波长：250 nm;进样量：5μL。结果：葛根素在0.2-1.4μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系，其回归方程为y = 192235x + 26939，r=0.9978;平均回收率为102.0%，RSD为1.82%(n=6)。结论：本法快速简便，准确，重现性好。 Objective：HPLC method for the determination of puerarin in a cold soft capsule content.Methods：using high performance liquid chromatography;column：Dionex Corporation U.S.C18 column(4.6mm × 150mm,5μm);mobile phase：methanol - water -0.1% acetic acid(30：70)flow rate：1.0mL / min;detection wavelength：250 nm;injection volume：5μL.Results：puerarin was within the range of 0.2-1.4μg good linear relationship between peak area，and the regression equation was y = 192235x + 26939，r = 0.9978;The average recovery was 102.0%，RSD was 1.82%(n = 6).Conclusion：This method is quick and easy，accurate and reproducible.
