摘要：

目的：研究探讨丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合糖皮质激素用于小儿紫癜性肾炎的疗效。方法：选择过敏性紫癜患儿82例，随机分为观察组与对照组，对照组患儿采用口服小剂量泼尼松进行治疗，观察组患儿采用丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合糖皮质激素进行治疗，对比分析两组患儿的治疗结果和不良反应情况。结果：治疗后观察组患儿的尿红细胞计数为（18.5±7.9），24 h尿蛋白定量为（782±364），均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：采用丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合糖皮质激素对紫癜性肾炎患儿进行治疗，治疗效果好，安全性高，值得进行推广应用。 Objective To investigate the curative effect for children with Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis of tanshinone ⅡA sulfonic acid sodium combined with glucocorticoid.Methods 82 cases of children allergic purpura,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group were treated with low-dose oral prednisone treatment,the observation group were treated with sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate combined with glucocorticoid treatment,comparative analysis of treatment results and adverse reaction of two groups of children. Results After the treatment,urine red blood cell count in observation group was(18.5±7.9),24 h urinary protein was (782±364) were lower than the control group,the difference was significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The children with purpura nephritis were treated with sodium tanshinone A sulfonate combined with glucocorticoid,good treatment effect,high safety,and is worth being popularized.
