目的：探讨肌萎缩侧索硬化症（ALS）患者的F波特点。方法：对29例肌萎缩侧索硬化症患者（ALS组）及20例健康成人（对照组）进行正中神经、尺神经F波测定及对比分析。结果：ALS组总的F波出现率正中神经和尺神经分别为14.6%和15.2 %，明显低于对照组（80.95%，81.2%，P＜0.01，P＜0.01）；与对照组相比较，ALS组正中神经和尺神经平均F波潜伏期都明显延长（P＜0.01， P＜0.001）；F波传导速度减慢（P＜0.05，P＜0.05）。结论：肌萎缩侧索硬化症患者可出现F波各种指标的改变，可为肌萎缩侧索硬化症提供诊断依据。 Objective To investigate the characteristics of the F-wave in patients with Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.Methods The median nerve and ulnar nerve F-wave were measured,29 cases admitted to our clinic or ward of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis patients(ALS group) and 20 healthy adults(the control group) were compared and analyzed.Results ALS group total F-wave occurrence median nerve and ulnar nerve were 14.6% and 15.1%,significantly lower than the control group(80.95%,81.2%,P＜0.01,P＜0.01)；compared with the control group,the ALS group median nerve andulnar nerve F-wave latency was significantly longer(P＜0.01,P＜0.001)；F-wave conduction velocity slowed down compared with the control group(P＜0.05,P＜0.05).Conclusion Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis patients may appear F-waves of various indicators of change,and provide diagnostic evidence for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
