单侧唇裂修复改良的临床研究

目的：对单侧唇裂修复改良手术进行研究和分析。方法：选取了2011年1月至2012年6月期间，有25例患儿在我院接受单侧唇裂修复手术，其中19例为男性，6例为女性；上述患者年龄均为3～9个月以上。对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：所有患儿的唇裂修复手术时间为0.5～1h，平均为（0.75±0.25）h，出血量为6～14ml。专家及患儿家属对手术效果均表示满意。结论：本研究所述的单侧唇裂修复改良手术能够较大程度地提高治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。　　Objective：To study and analyze unilateral cleft lip repair improvement surgery. Methods： Selecting 25 cases of children with unilateral cleft lip repair surgery in the hospital from January，2011 to June，2012，including 19 men and 6 women.The age of patients was more than 3 to 9 months. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Result：All children with cleft lip repair operation time was 0.5～1 hour，with an average of (0.75±0.25) hours，and the bleeding is 6～14 ml. Experts and families of children are satisfied with the surgery effect. Conclusion：The unilateral cleft lip repair surgery can greatly improve the treatment effect，and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
