摘要：

目的探讨张力带钢丝固定治疗膝关节后交叉韧带止点撕脱骨折的效果.方法 23例膝关节后交叉韧带止点撕脱骨折患者,采用张力带钢丝复位固定,并对关节腔进行修整；采用Lysholm膝关节评分法评价疗效.结果 23例患者随访6个月～2年,22例(95.7％)术后膝关节功能恢复良好,1例老年患者术前即有骨性关节炎,关节间隙狭窄,术后仍有慢性疼痛及曲伸功能障碍.结论张力带钢丝固定治疗膝关节后交叉韧带止点撕脱骨折简单、经济、有效. Objective To investigate the outcomes of avulsion fractm。、01、 posterior crucia}e ligament of knee joint treated by tension band wire fixation. Methods厂 fmentv-three patients with asulsion fractures of posterior cruciatc ligament of knee joint were treated wit卜tension band wire工fixation, and the outcomes\\ere ev a工、rated by Lvs1!ohn knee‘ joint、〔orzng. Results All the patients were fo]low-ed up for 6 months[〔〕2 years. Favorable function recover、一、、。，aohicsed in 22 (95 .7%、patients. The other senior patient suffered from osteoar-thritis and narrow joint space before operation. and there still existed chronic pain and flexion一extension dysfunction after operation.Conclusion Treatment of avulsion fractures of posterior cruciate ligament of knee joint by tension band wire fixation is simple, economical and effective.
