目的:探讨社区家庭康复干预对人工髋关节置换术后患者负性情绪、社会支持和生活质量的影响.方法:对46例人工髋关节置换术后患者实施社区家庭康复干预,采用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和生活质量指数评定量表(QOL)对干预前后进行评分.结果:干预后焦虑、抑郁、社会支持和生活质量各指标评分均明显比干预前提高(P＜0.05).结论:社区康复干预可明显改善人工髋关节置换术后患者的负性情绪,提高患者的社会支持水平,全面提高患者的生活质量. Objective To explore the impact of community-based-rehabilitation on negative mood,socialsupport and life quality of After hip arthroplasty patients.Methods 46 cases After hip arthroplasty patients were treated with community-based-rehabilitation,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Social Support Scale(SSRS) and quality of life score(QOL) were carried out before and after intervention.Results After community-based-rehabilitation,the scores of anxiety,depression,social support and life quality were better than before intervention(P＜0.05).Conclusion The community-based-rehabilitation given simultaneously to the patients and their family members can improve their negative mood,increase their social support,and improve their life quality.
