通讯作者：黄慧文［摘要］目的：探讨将优质护理服务的核心元素融入到全髋关节置换术临床护理路径中的应用效果。方法：选择行全髋关节置换术的200例患者为研究对象，随机分为试验组100例和对照组100例，对照组采用常规护理，试验组除常规护理外，将优质护理服务的元素融入临床护理路径中。对两组效果的差异比较采用t检验和似然比χ2检验进行分析。结果：试验组患者的平均住院日和并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，健康教育知晓度及患者满意度方面高于对照组(P＜0.05)，两组医疗费用比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：以优质护理元素为基础的临床护理路径能够有效缩短患者的平均住院日，降低并发症的发生率，增强患者健康教育的知晓率，提高了患者满意度，为患者提供全面、系统、整体的优质护理服务，值得临床运用和推广。 Research of application effect of high quality nursing in che clinical nursing path of orthopedicsQIAO Ji-hong，HUANG Hui-wen ( Department of Orthopedics,The People’s Hospital of Subei of Jiangsu Province,Subei Jiangsu 225000,China) Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the effect of the application of high quality nursing service in the clinical nursing path of total hip replacement. MethodsWe selected 200 patients who were hospitalized in the department of orthopedics in Jiangsu Subei People's Hospital from April 2012 to April 2013,randomly divided into 100 cases in the experimental group and 100 cases in the control group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing,besides,the patients in the experimental group still received nursing care according to the clinical nursing pathway which is based on high quality nursing service. To compare the differences of two groups by t test and likelihood ratio χ2 test. Resultsthe average hospitalization days and the incidence of complications of patients in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,which was statistically significant difference (P < 0.05),and the awareness rate of health education and satisfaction of patients was higher that of the control group (P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups of medical expenses (P > 0.05). ConclusionClinical nursing path based on high quality care can effectively shorten the average days of hospitalization of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,enhance the awareness of health education for patients,and improve patient satisfaction. Consequently,the CNP can provide comprehensive,systemic and holistic nursing for patients,and it is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
