目的:探讨临床护理路径(CNP)管理在妇科腹腔镜手术围手术期的应用效果.方法:回顾性分析48例行妇科腹腔镜手术患者的临床资料.结果:对照组行常规护理模式,观察组实施CNP后住院时间明显少,住院费用明显低,下床活动、肛门排气及开始进食时间均明显早,相关知识掌握度及护理满意度均明显高,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:CNP不仅提升了护理质量,还节省了医疗费用,提高了护理满意度,值得推广应用. Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of the management of clinical nursing pathway in the perioperative period of gynecological laparoscopic operation.Methods The clinical materials of 48 patients with gynecological laparoscopic operation were reviewed and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group(the routine nursing mode),the length of hospital stay was significantly less,cost of hospitalization was significantly lower,get out of bed,anal exhaust time and start eating were significantly earlier,case knowledge and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher in the observation group with clinical nursing pathway(P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway can improve the quality of nursing,save the medical expenses,improve nursing satisfaction,and be worthy of popularization and application.
