摘要：

探讨用30%碘海醇做子宫输卵管造影的应用效果。方法：选择60例妇科和计划生育科检查后并要求做子宫输卵管造影的患者资料进行回顾性分析，对用碘海醇做造影效果进行评价。结果：使用碘海醇造影时间短有治疗作用、DR片影像效果好，检查后出现的过敏、呕吐、腹痛、呛咳方便程度明显优于碘化油。结论：此造影法安全性高，造影效果好，辐射剂量小值得广泛推广 Objective to study the application effect of alcohol with 30% iodine sea do uterus oviduct imaging Method 60 cases ofgynecological examination and family planning and requirements with uterus oviduct imaging data were retrospectively analyzed， to evaluatethe effect of zohexol do with hysterosalpingography Conclusion This method has high safety， good imaging effect， small dose of radiation， itis worth of popularizing widelyResults Iohexol have short time， treatment effects， good DR film visual effects， Allergies， vomiting， abdominalpain， cough， convenience after checking occurs， It is better than iodized oil
