摘要：

目的:分析宫腔镜联合阴道超声对于EP的诊治价值。方法:先进行超声检查,如超声诊断为EP,则直接运用宫腔镜进行下一步的检查与治疗,对于未确诊的患者,运用宫腔镜进行检查。结果:110例中,105例被确诊为EP;联合诊治之后,103例患者的月经无异常状况,EP复发的有3例;在20例不孕患者中,妊娠的有16例。结论:宫腔镜联合阴道超声能够有效改善EP的诊治结果,可以在诊治中运用。 ObjectiveTo analyze the value of hysteroscopy combined with vaginal ultrasound in diagnosis and treatment of EPMethodFirstly we performed ultrasonography，if it was diagnosed as EP，then we could directly applied hysteroscope for examination and treatment，if it was undiagnosed，we could use hysteroscopy examinationResultsIn 110 cases,there were 105 cases who were diagnosed as EP；after combined treatment，103 cases without abnormal menstruation situation， 3 cases with recurrence of EP；in 20 cases of infertility patients，there were 16 cases of pregnancyConclusionHysteroscopy and transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis and treatment can effectively improve the EP，and it can be used in the diagnosis and treatment of EP
