目的：探讨三种方法在保守治疗异位妊娠患者的疗效。方法：回顾性分析150例异位妊娠保守治疗患者临床资料，分为A 组、B组、C组，A组单用甲氨蝶呤（MTX），B组在A组治疗上加用米非司酮，C组在B组治疗上加用中药对比其疗效。结果：三组成功率差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.049，0.457，0.208，P＞0.05），但在血β-HCG的转阴时间及盆腔包块消失的时间上C组与A组、B组差异有统计学意义（F=108.126，85.384，P＜0.05），药物不良反应率三组差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.047，0.407，0.208，P＞0.05）。结论：MTX联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠后加用中药治疗，疗效确切，尤其在盆腔包块的消失时间方面效果显著。 Objective To explore the efficacy of three methods in the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy patients.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 150 cases of conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy,divided into A group,B group,C group,A group with methotrexate(MTX) in A group,B group treated with mifepristone,C group in the B group treated with traditional Chinese medicine and contrast their curative effects.Results The success rate of three groups had no significant difference(χ2=0.049,0.457,0.208,P＞0.05),but significant negative time in group C blood β-HCG and time pelvic mass disappeared with A group,B group(F=108.126,85.384,P＜0.05),adverse drug reaction the rate of the three groups had no significant difference(χ2=0.047,0.407,0.208,P＞0.05).Conclusion MTX combined with mifepristone in treatment of ectopic pregnancy after treatment with traditional Chinese medicine,curative effect is exact,particularly the effect of pelvic mass disappearing time significantly.
